Good day ladies and gents! Today, we’ve got two of the most sought-after jewels of wedding design – sweets and soft palettes. And what better way to showcase this awesome combination than Megan and Jeff’s cuteness overload wedding! They chose the cutest details, from rose gold Kate Spade shoes to the super sweet candy bar, no detail was left unattended. They even brought out their Clemson flags, offered custom M&M’s and ensured everyone had a blast of a time! Isn’t this amazing? I don’t know about you guys but I think they managed to balance the class and comfort of a soft palette wedding theme with the tempting excitement of delectable dessert! This wedding is just an amazing harmony of details, I can just go on and on about all the things I love about it, but I figure you’d want to go see it for yourself. So, why not go ahead and scroll down through Back Seat Photography’s snaps and see more of this beautiful wedding.
We’re All About the Details!
Soft Palettes
These two hard working, college grad, parents of furries are super laid back. Their priority was family, not flashing. For that reason, they chose a beautiful venue that allowed for intimate mingling between guests. Because Megan is a glittery diva, there was no other shoe option besides her rose gold, sequenced Kate Spade sneakers. The colors matched perfectly with her pale pink and white bouquet and the bridesmaid’s pale pink dresses. Jeff was spiffy in a perfectly gray suit, which complimented the pale pink perfectly.
Sweet Details
Because their love is so sweet, they decided to decorate the reception with candy. Candy everywhere! The candy bar and cupcake table were too sweet to pass up!
Take this Advice
Megan and Jeff saved a ton of money on signage by printing their own templates and laminating them for extra support. They turned out super cute, but saved them a fortune! The candy bar was almost all DIY as well. Print out a cute template on a couple white paper bags, find some cute glass dishes from the dollar store, and fill with your favorite candy! Super easy. As for advice, just be sure you are choosing the things YOU want. It’s super easy to get caught up in parents and friend’s ideas. But this is YOUR day. ~Amanda Moss/Photographer
